These sessions introduce a simple yet powerful leadership tool that builds intentional awareness and amplifies leadership impact -- equipping individuals to influence effectively regardless of position or formal authority. Building on this foundation, we layer in key skills and practices to boost confidence, spark curiosity, and harness listening to deepen connection, strengthen understanding, and drive greater impact.

Program Outcomes:

Recognize their unique capacity for leadership -- regardless of title, role, or position
Take ownership of their personal influence
Apply a practical leadership tool to enhance the effectiveness of their impact
Understand what builds confidence and leave with actionable strategies to strengthen their presence and communicate with authority
Explore the four roles of a leader and use them to communicate and support our colleagues
Learn key strategies for influencing without formal authority, including practicing curiosity over defensiveness, and gain a listening tool to foster understanding, connection, and trust
