The Barry County Chamber & Economic Development Alliance invites manufacturing CEOs and senior executives to participate in an exclusive CEO Roundtable focused on the strategic challenges and opportunities shaping Barry County’s industrial base. This facilitated session will begin with a brief overview of current manufacturing conditions and key industry trends, followed by a structured discussion on three priority areas: technology and AI implications, succession planning, and workforce & organizational culture.
The Roundtable is designed to capture direct executive insight on workforce constraints, competitive pressures, and emerging capability gaps. Input from participating leaders will be used to shape future workshops, training programs, and regional initiatives that strengthen long-term business performance and competitiveness.
This session provides a confidential, peer-level setting for candid dialogue, shared perspective, and influence over the resources being developed to support Barry County manufacturers.
