Working as a Dietary Aide at Thornapple Manor means being part of a team that truly makes a difference every day. In this role, you help prepare and serve appealing meals, support residents’ special dietary needs, and keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized. Dietary Aide Schedule Options

Dietary Aide Schedule Options

6:30am-6:30pm, Full Time Schedule

3:30pm-7:30pm, Part Time Schedule

Pool/PRN Flexible Options (Must work a min. of four days every two weeks)

All part-time and full-time positions are eligible for benefits.

Health, vision, dental, and voluntary life insurance are offered. Full time positions receive a free $10,000 basic life insurance policy.

Pension through Michigan Municipal Employees Retirement System. Employees contribute 2% to the plan.

Annual longevity bonus after 6 months of employment.

Paid sick time and PTO accrual based on years of service.

On-site childcare from 6:00am-6:00pm.
Wages

$16.74/hour starting base pay

$2.00/hour weekend differential

$0.85/hour Direct Care Wage through Sept. 2026
