Attendees will learn about the process of developing or redeveloping a property\, the requirements to secure financing\, and the variety of tools that exist to help their projects succeed.\n\n\n\nA walking tour of downtown Nashville will highlight available commercial properties\, recently completed projects\, and community development priorities.
