Next Level Business Essentials series Davenport University: Leading the Next Generation
The first program, Engaging the Next Generation, will focus on how to be an effective leader in today's workplace. It is vital to know how to inspire and engage all generations. This 2.5 hour seminar will introduce how generations differ, and how to capitalize on the talents and strengths of all age groups.
This program will be led by Davenport University Institute for Professional Excellence (iPEx) Instructor, Kevin Jurek. Kevin has been in the training/development/performance management field for more than 15 years.
During that time, he has led large-scale projects to develop leadership competency models and the curriculum and programs to support them. His programs have been delivered throughout the U.S. and Canada. Kevin’s training specialties include communication skills, problem solving skills, change management, servant leadership, organizational culture identification/development, and team building/maintenance. He currently owns his own consulting and training organization.
Kevin has been a certified Human Performance Improvement Specialist for over 10 years and is a nationally certified facilitator for many of the major training organizations, including The Ken Blanchard Company, Gordon Training International, and John Wiley & Sons. He attended Ferris State University and graduated with B.S. degrees in both Accounting and Computer Information Services. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys fishing, trail running, and home brewing.
