Celebrate Space Exploration Day at the Institute with this family-friendly program. Join Lisa Wininger, NASA MIRO Specialist, as she explores the darkest and most extreme places in the universe – black holes!

Discover the life cycle of black holes, how we know they exist, and what they can tell us about the universe. The program will be presented virtually and synchronously (in-person). Following the presentation, explore the night sky with telescopes, binoculars, and “naked-eye” stargazing (weather permitting).
