Teas and Tinctures for Cold Weather Workshop (

Cold and flu season is upon us, but mother nature can help us get through it. Join Maggie Conklin, Maven of Heirloom Academy and Naturopathic Doctor, as she discusses how to use local herbs found in our yards and kitchen cabinets to make teas and tinctures that can assist with common winter ailments, including cold and flu symptoms, chest and sinus congestion, immune support, and other maladies.

In this workshop, you will receive hands-on experience making teas and tinctures, as well as the recipes and resources to build upon your knowledge at home, including herbal definitions, a list of Maggie’s favorite locally foraged herbs, and a checklist of handy supplies. Best of all, you will get to taste some of the remedies as we learn about them!
