Status: Full-time M-F 9:00 – 5:00
We are looking for a do‑it‑all connector who enjoys helping businesses thrive. The Administrative Assistant powers member value, signature programs, daily operations, and front‑door services for businesses across Barry County. This role supports countywide promotions and events, manages member communications and outreach, assists small‑business services (Barry Bucks, Certificates of Origin), maintains key technology systems, and oversees day‑to‑day coworking studio operations. It blends customer service, project management, marketing, community engagement, and hands‑on operational responsibilities.
