I work directly with manufacturers to help them improve operational performance and remain competitive as technology and workforce demands change. As Director of Manufacturing Solutions at The Right Place representing MMTC-West, I support small and mid-sized manufacturers across West Michigan by identifying challenges, evaluating opportunities, and connecting them with practical resources and partners.

I bring more than a decade of experience in manufacturing leadership, including roles as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Plant Manager. That experience informs my work today, particularly when helping companies navigate automation, digital systems, AI, and process improvement in ways that align with how manufacturing actually operates.

I also speak at industry events, sharing practical perspectives on technology adoption, operational effectiveness, and workforce development.
