Visitor Center: Open Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Trails open dawn to dusk.

Just 10 miles south of Hastings and 2.5 miles west of M-37 and 4.5 miles east of M-43.
About Us
Pierce Cedar Creek Institute is a nature center, environmental education center, and biological field station located on 850 acres with ten miles of hiking trails. The environmental treasure is located ten miles south of Hastings. Visitors will experience the beauty of wetlands, forests, marshes, streams, lakes, and prairies. It is the perfect setting for intimate, informal, or formal events such as weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, baby/wedding shows and family celebrations. Join us and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.
