The Leadership Exchange CEO Roundtable

The Barry County Chamber & Economic Development Alliance invites manufacturing CEOs and senior executives to participate in an exclusive, confidential CEO Roundtable focused on the strategic challenges and opportunities shaping Barry County’s industrial sector. This facilitated session will feature expert insights from Peter Hungerford, Vice President of Manufacturing at The Right Place; Steven Lopez, Director of Manufacturing Services at MMTC-West; and Tom Benedict, President of Lynn Consulting Group.
 

The program will begin with a brief overview of current manufacturing conditions and key industry trends, followed by a structured peer-level discussion centered on three priority areas: technology and AI implications, succession planning, and workforce culture. Executives will have the opportunity to engage in candid dialogue about workforce constraints, competitive pressures, and emerging capability gaps influencing long-term business performance.
