Emerging Developer's Workshop: Nashville

Are you a new developer? Looking to expand into commercial or mixed-use projects? A potential new business owner? This workshop is for you!

Join us for the third Barry County Developer's Day, featuring the Village of Nashville and focusing on new & emerging developers!  Attendees will learn about the process of developing or redeveloping a property, the requirements to secure financing, and the variety of tools that exist to help their projects succeed.

A walking tour of downtown Nashville will highlight available commercial properties, recently completed projects, and community development priorities.  Additionally, all attendees will be provided with printed copies of the 2026 Barry County Developers Guide and the Nashville RED-Heart Strategy findings.
